Who we are

| You chat with the AI assistant on the AI ads page | What you type, and the details the assistant takes from it: name, email address, business, product, shop link, package, where the ad will run, any deadline | To answer your questions and pass your enquiry to the studio. Steps you ask us to take before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries |

| You browse the site | Pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and how you arrived, through Google Analytics, which sets cookies. Our hosting provider also logs internet addresses for security | To understand which pages are useful and to keep the site secure. Our legitimate interest in running the site |
We do not ask for sensitive details such as health information, and we ask you not to put them, or any card or bank details, in a form or a chat.
The AI assistant
The assistant on the AI ads page is an AI, not a person, and it says so. It can answer questions about the service and take the details for an enquiry. It cannot agree a price, a discount or a date, and it does not decide anything about you: a person reads every enquiry and writes every reply after the automatic acknowledgement.
Chats are saved so that we can reply to you and check that the assistant gave correct answers. They are not used to advertise to you.
Who helps us handle your details
We do not sell your details or pass them to anyone for their own marketing. We use these service providers, who act on our instructions:
- Vercel: hosts this website
- Formspree: delivers the enquiry forms to our inbox
- Retell AI: runs the AI assistant and stores chat and call transcripts
- HubSpot: our customer records
- Upstash: a small database behind the demo, the enquiry log and the client area
- Resend, and our email provider: send and receive email
- Stripe: takes card payments in the client area and on invoices
- Xero: invoices and accounts
- Google: Analytics, and reCAPTCHA, which checks that a visitor opening the assistant is not a bot
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States or other countries outside the UK. Where they are, the transfer is covered by safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep things
- Enquiries that do not become a project: 12 months after our last contact
- Chat and call transcripts held by the assistant provider: 90 days
- Client records, agreements and invoices: six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as company and tax law require
- Analytics data: no longer than 14 months
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your details, to correct them, to delete them, to stop or limit how we use them, or to send them to you or someone else in a usable format. You can object to anything we do on the basis of our legitimate interests. There is no charge.
Email contact@aizerds.com and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would like the chance to put it right first.
Changes to this notice
If what we do changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
